As the commercial insurance provider for Sunrise Ridge, we have an in depth knowledge of your residence. We understand what the Master policy provides, the potential risks to unit owners and how to tailor your personal insurance program to ensure proper coverage.

As an owner at Sunrise Ridge your personal insurance should cover 4 main components:
Your Personal Property
Provides coverage for your personal property. Furniture, Furnishings, and other moveable or affixed personal property.

The limit should be customized to cover items at current new replacement cost.
​
Items of high or unusual value such as fine arts should be considered.
Your Personal Liability
Provides legal defense and financial backing for potential incidents and accidents associated with your ownership at Sunrise Ridge.
Sunrise Ridge does not provide coverage for your personal liability.
Loss of Use/ Rental Income
Provides coverage for additional expenses in the event that you cannot use your home due to a covered loss.

Provides replacement housing and ancillary expenses and can provide for loss of income if the home was to be rented.
Master Policy Deductible Response
As an owner at Sunrise Ridge the master policy deductible (100k) is the responsibility of the unit owner(s) suffering the property loss.
A properly structured personal insurance policy can provide coverage for your master policy deductible.
What is Covered by Master Insurance
Your Dwelling Coverage
The physical structure permanently attached fixtures and additions and alterations to the interior of the unit
Common Areas and Property
Provides coverage for the common owned areas and personal property of Sunrise Ridge on a commercial basis.
General Liability
Provides liability to the Sunrise Ridge on a commercial basis. This does not cover your individual lialibity,
